How the Administration Fee Works
Match Confirmed
Both trainer and client accept the match. Our team confirms a session time.
Fee Requested
You receive a payment notification with the fee amount and payment QR code.
Session Activated
Once payment is verified, your session is fully active. Contact details are queued for release 1 hour before.

Fast & secure
Scan the QR code using your Alipay HK app. Payment is processed instantly. You'll receive a confirmation once we verify the transfer.
QR code provided upon session confirmation
Supports Alipay HK only (not Mainland Alipay)
PayMe by HSBC
Widely accepted
Open PayMe app, scan the QR code or send to our registered PayMe number. Include your booking reference in the remarks. Confirmation within 30 minutes.

Refund Policy
Full refund if session is cancelled by the trainer or by FitZone HK.
Full refund if no suitable match is found within 30 days.
No refund for client cancellations within 24 hours of session start.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
